POWER: 150 HP Electric motor drive; less starter.

CONE CRUSHER MAJOR REPAIRS:: The crusher was completely disassembled, inspected and reconditioned by Conveyor Sales Company in 2007. Approximately $65,000+ of reconditioning work was performed that included all new bearings, new bronze bushings, new rotary seal ring, new oil pump, new pinion and eccentric gears, new ESCO coarse liners, and a new 150 HP electric motor. Additional miscellaneous used component parts in good to very good condition from other Telsmith 48" machines were used in the reconditioning process. The machine was also converted from an FC to an S model at that time. It has been used approximately 6 months since reconditioning.
The crusher liners are approximately 60% worn.
This crusher is mounted on a 2-axle portable chassis (2007) with work platform and access ladder, oil lubrication tank, 6 blocking legs, air brakes and a 5th wheel pin.

DIMENSIONS: 8'0" wide x 35'6" long x 13'0" high.

GENERAL: This crusher was purchased from Conveyor Sales Company in February 2015 by a small family owned Arizona Aggregate Producer and was used Approximatley 3 months. The crusher was then sold in 2016 to another Arizona Aggregate Producer and has been used Approximatley 2 months.
